Dog Charities

Why we feel so passionately

It's estimated that 1 in 10 dogs in the UK get re-homed each year. That is a staggering amount. There are of course very valid reasons why families can't keep their dogs, but this trend is concerning. Dogs are family, they rely on us. Just as they make us happy, we make them happy. Dogs are also smart, they do wonderful things. From guide dogs, to support dogs, to service dogs. They are our companions, our heroes, our best friends.

Dog charities do incredible things.

There are the ones that rescue dogs from bad homes, or from families that either can't or don't want them any longer. They help to re-home them with families that will give them their best life.

As you can imagine this isn't a cheap exercise especially with the sheer number of dogs coming through the doors.

There are also the organisations that help train and place dogs with people in need.

We aim to support these charities.

With each sale we make, we will donate a percentage of profits to support the charities making a difference of which there are many. Initially, we have chosen The Edward Foundation (www.theedwardfoundation.co.uk) who we also support through being foster parents. An incredible organisation who rescue and re-home bulldogs.

We will also support Guide Dogs (www.guidedogs.org.uk) who train and place dogs with people who aren't able to see. A life changing organisation.

Together we can all help support incredible people doing amazing things for dogs.
