Q: Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our ceramic mugs and tumblers are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand-washing to protect the glaze and laser-etched detailing. Microwave safety varies by product — check the listing for specifics or drop us a message if you’re unsure! We recommend that our water bottles are hand washed.

 

Q: What size are your mugs?

Our flat-white tumblers hold around 6oz (the perfect flat white or cortado size). Our speckled mugs hold 10–12oz — ideal for tea & coffee, or a big morning brew.

 

Q: Do you sell gift sets?

Yes! You can add a gift box to any order for just £3. We’ll wrap your item in tissue paper with a ribbon and include a message if you like (you can add a note at checkout!)

 

Q: I don’t see my dog’s breed. Are you adding more?

Yes! We started with bulldogs (we’re a little obsessed) but now include Frenchies and dachshunds — and we’re planning to add more popular breeds. Got a request? Let us know on Instagram @arfandwin (https://instagram.com/arfandwin).

🚚 Shipping & Returns

 

Q: Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from the UK — including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

    •    UK: 2–4 working days

    •    International: Usually 7–14 days depending on customs.  Just to let you know that any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  However, for all USA orders the shipping cost includes DPD so there are no surprise costs or charges.

We’ll always email you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

Of course — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in original packaging. Drop us a message to arrange a return. Custom or personalised items may not be refundable.
